New conversations will be paused until the next billing cycle. Existing active conversations can continue. You can upgrade your plan or add a Growth Pack at any time to increase your limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as an admin user?
Admin users are organization or hub administrators. Team users (support agents) and hub users don't count toward admin seats.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
